CrossFit workouts are constantly varied functional movements at high intensities to increase strength, power, speed, stamina, and cardiovascular endurance like no other program. What does this mean? You can get in shape VERY quickly! The intensity gets results but safety is their priority. Every workout will be supervised by a personal trainer. The trainers will work with your fitness level to provide a workout that is intense enough to get results while keeping you injury free.

She has been practicing Yoga and meditation for more than 20 years, teaching as a profession for nearly 15 years, and has entertained a curiosity for contemplative practices her entire life.
